"It's taken me years to process my frustration and anger with Chang and Ironwood. I wouldn't even consider or call Chang a doctor. Chang and her staff always misdiagnosed and misrepresented everything pertaining to my wife's treatment and care. We were always engaged and researched everything in addition to asking all the appropriate questions. We finally sought a second opinion which proved how poorly Chang and Ironwood do everything. My wife would have passed away if she had continued with Chang and Ironwood. My wife is now doing well as opposed to experiencing the worst-case scenario with Chang and her antiquated approach and methods. If you truly want effective cutting-edge oncology care and a real fighting chance go to any other doctor and practice but do not go here. Even worse Chang seems more worried and concerned about growing her practice and reach than correctly and effectively treating patients. I was also a patient and so I'm speaking first-person. Chang couldn't even correctly diagnose genetic hematology screens. So Chang and Ironwood - if you think I can't prove my claims don't try me."
