"DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD HERE!!! I purchased one Amazon gift card from this store for a wedding and a week later when the bride went to use it the entire claim code was scratched out! Attempting to get a refund has been wildly unsuccessful so now I'm out $100."

"This Fry’s has really gone downhill. I waited in the deli line for ten minutes and finally gave up. Then, waited another ten minutes in the checkout line. None of the employees seem to have any sense of urgency. I forgot the drink I purchased and noticed when I got home. I was so frustrated with the whole trip already that I didn’t even bother going back for it. This is the closest location to my house and it’s disappointing how increasingly bad my shopping experiences have been lately."

"I am a nurse and I really liked this Frys location. One of my patients is a 2 year old little girl with cancer. There is a certain yogurt that soothes her tummy through her treatments. I went into this location tonight to look for this yogurt. I didn't see it. A guy came from the back, pushing a cart. I asked him if he could help me. The yogurt section was right next to where we were standing. I pointed out the tag and asked him if he could see if there were anymore in the back. He mumbled that he didn't think there was anymore. I asked him if he could go look and he said no. I asked him his name, he said Israel. I finished up shopping. I asked to see the manager. I NEVER do this. As I'm standing there, Israel was too. He stood there and smirked. Then he said well, I have a job to go do and walked away. Sadie, the manager, came out. I told her what happened. Sadie told me that it isn't his job to go look because he doesn't work in the dairy department. I just walked away. I wish I made this up. I'll keep looking for this yogurt for my little cancer patient. I'll never look here again."

"It’s 930 and no other lane is open. There’s a huge line for self checkout and there was mishaps and mishaps that the clerk kept having to fix. I hate using self checkout - it misreads , double scans and takes twice as long. Stop forcing us to use self checkout."

"I wanted to post a review because I had a great experience. This was on 11/142023 at 6:45 pm that I went to this store and I asked for some lunch cold cuts from the deli. The gentleman was very courteous, polite and sliced what asked for perfectly. He gave great costumer service and I must say, that he was genuine with his costumers. I didn’t catch his name however I hope he gets recognition. I plan on returning to this specific location for now on. Thank you very much"
