"Maintenance staff are absolutely incredible. Has been helping me get some things fixed upon move in and I am so happy. New washer, new water heater and more. They have gone above and beyond to make my stay here awesome. Shout out to Anthony, Adam, and Jeremy! Some of the best maintenance staff I have had in my experience with any apartment complex I’ve stayed in. I couldn’t be any more appreciative and thankful for them!"

"I was rented an apartment unseen befored signing the lease. It was disgusting and everything falling apart. The stove did not work, the ceiling fan did not have a cover where it came down from the ceiling, cabinet doors missing or falling off, holes in doors and walls, Fire suppression system exposed in the laundry room I am trying to get out of the lease. If you want me to email you can you provide the email?? The apartments have not refunded my money. Not only have they not refunded my money they are now billing me through October for an apartment I never moved in!"

"I usually don’t write bad reviews, so I will start this out with a positive. I have been living here about 3 years. When my lease came up last time, there were lots of complications dues to the switching of ownership. When I finally signed it was pretty late. The lady who helped me was really great and extremely helpful. There is a maintenance guy, Sean, who goes above and beyond. He just happened to be outside my apartment when a major issue was happening. He stayed to keep me safe. So, my first grievance is bed bugs. I got them, I have no idea how. I put in a maintenance request in the portal. No response. Then again and again. Same thing. This was weeks ago. I called and left messages. Again nothing. Finally someone answered their phone. She said she would figure it and get back to me. Again nothing. I called again. Someone answered and finally they will take care of it. I have to wait an additional week. The issue is so bad now. I can’t sleep. Im developing hives. Constant pain and itching. If it had been taken care of like it should, I could have avoided this awfulness. But they don’t care. It’s downright scary in there sometimes. My parents were visiting and my mom took out the trash. While she was out there, we hear a bunch of shooting. She was so close to being shot, but is ok. My car took 1 bullet and my parents 4. Right next to a window on my apartment, is a bullet hole. The office told me security was being improved. I have never seen any of the security they claim to be there. The lights my area are frequently off. It so dark. I tripped in a pothole. Some guy threatened to stab my daughter that night too. The gates are broken. The kids run around with shopping carts and spray paint."

"Have lived in this complex since July and have had issues since the day I signed my lease. I applied for this community and was approved immediately with no reference checks (income,rental). The day I came in and signed my lease I got my keys and immediately went to check the condition of the unit I was supposed to move in. Maintenance did not clean off the stairs leading to the unit creating a hazard to even get up the stairs(tree limbs, leaves, broken tile). I immediately noticed the door that had been previously very clearly broken into with dents and marks all over it near the lock. I had previously asked the leasing agent at time of viewing if this would be fixed as it is a safety concern for a young womanlike myself, it was not even though I was assured it would be. The washer and dryer was not hooked up, no shower rods in either bathroom(was told the apartment didn’t come with any), the unit was extremely dirty, tubs with inches of standing water and peeling, and my second bedroom door fell off upon opening. I immediately went back to the office and let the leasing agent know I did not feel comfortable moving into the unit as it currently was and was told too bad they had nothing else to give me and if I didn’t move in they’d keep my money and charge a lease break fee (it had been 10 minutes since signing lease). I was assured by the property manager that work orders would be put in and things would be fixed as she sat and listened to her assistant manager force me to move in. That’s just the beginning, here it is 5 months later and maintenance has been to fix things once and didn’t actually fix anything. The front doors condition is still the same, tubs still have standing water while trying to shower, maintenance brought a dirty door into my home to replace the one that fell off, as well as finding out the front door doesn’t even fit the frame but there was “weather stripping” put up to hide the gap. Maintenance has said they would order a new door then told the office that it did not need to be replaced as it closes and locks. Takes months for maintenance requests to be taken care of and if you don’t give permission for them to enter when you are not home they will put your request at the end of the list. The water is continuously being shut off for “ “repairs” sometimes 3-4 hrs on a Friday evening. The new front office staff is much more friendly than the old as I was threatened by the previous assistant manager she would call the police if I didn’t leave while expressing concerns on the unit. Corporate is no help I’ve emailed and called as well as been there in person. Please take your money elsewhere this complex is beyond horrible. Read the other reviews these same issues have been talked about multiple times."
