"DONT EVEN BOTHER MOVING IN, you’re better off living under a bridge. The manager and the old lady Carmen up at the office are the dumbest people you can speak to when it comes to these run down apartments, Dog feces everywhere and you still have to pay a cleaning fee, cleaning fee for what if the apartments are still disgusting. Barely any parking spaces, Roaches, leaks, People stealing and breaking into vehicles. The worst part is the staff who are useless and stupid as heck. Well what can you expect from some run down apartment complex. So if you’re looking for an apartment, KEEP LOOKING"
"Don't MOVE HERE . Don't be fooled by the staff which is always being replaced or under "New management" all the buildings are infested with roaches and the staff is only nice to u at move in. We have had COUNTLESS of issues with the apt and the staff not being helpful. They are great at overcharging u but won't help u resolve any issues u have with the property. My base rent was $1500 and I'm paying almost 2k for a roach infested 2b1b."
"This place is the WORST place to live! From cockroaches everywhere, stolen packages from your door, car getting back window busted out, broken into, car getting towed saying there was no current registration even though there was and they never ran the plates through the dmv to even check. Bathroom flooding due to neighbors upstairs letting their shower spray all over, gates always broken, and portal not even working so you can pay rent on time. Snotty women in the office acting like it’s a chore to help you. Don’t waste your money on this dump! I would move elsewhere for the amount they charge to live in filth. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Look at the reviews .. I would give 0 stars if possible!!"
"Edith does an amazing job. I am new to the area and they have made my stay great from the beginning. Anytime there is something that needs to be taken care of, they are prompt to reply and address the issue quickly. I have felt support throughout my entire stay and would recommend to future tenants."
