"I needed a huge desk to be moved upstairs, after a few phone calls and some price negotiation 3 men arrived within an hour and moved it up the stairs without damaging it at all. I definitely recommend this place for moving they get things done when you aren't capable."

"Call them to move an expensive baby grand piano thinking they would know what they were doing and they didn’t! Our piano was dropped. There is now external damage to the rear leg and major work needs to be down with the mechanics. They assumed responsibility but we have yet seen any money or repairs to get our piano repaired. We have been trying via email and phone calls for the past five months and they continue to give us the runaround. Whatever you do… Find a different company to move your valuables. Happy to delete this review when you fix what you broke!"

"We had this team, which 'specializes' in moving pianos, pick up a gently used baby grand to transport from Phoenix to our home in Gilbert. They dropped our piano. It was even mentioned that they were glad I was there to give them a hand if they needed. The piano was chipped as well as legs. It is now almost two months later- and the damage hasn't been fixed - - after a collective 15+ calls and emails. As the piano need regulating after being dropped, our kids have not been able to play on it as intended for the last two months. They keep passing the buck between who on the team is calling the shots. Maybe they'll see this, maybe they wont. Either way, next step is to contact BBB and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors/The Corporation Commission. 2 months is BEYOOOOOND patient."
