"I love to come here to get shakes. Today it was really annoying. A group of people cut in front of myself and another customer. The staff greeted them and took their order right away but completely ignored myself and another customer. The other customer and I annoyingly looked at each other. I walked out. I don’t know if I blame the rude customers cutting in front of us, or the employees allowing it to happen but either way, some people just need to pay more attention to their job. This happened on September 29, 2023 at 1:35 pm. After walking out, I saw the people that cut in front of us leave minutes before the other annoyed customer who was also ignored. The thing is, this could have completely been avoided, if the employees talk to each other. One employee behind the counter, watch the whole thing happened and didn’t even bother to tell the other employee that came from the back that there was a bunch of people waiting for that. He was taking the people that just walked in order and not the people that have been waiting for minutes order. Communication is key to running the successful business. Customers do not like to shop at a place when they do not get proper communication. I even said bye to the employees when I was leaving to let them know they were loosing a 2 year repeating customer. This sucks because this is the closest place to get a protein shake to my gym. Maybe I will just get cheaper protein drinks from the gas station for now on."

"First time visitor and my experience was phenomenal. Visited with Danny and Alyssa about recommendations for supplements which are heart friendly as I’ve recently had a heart attack. I’ve been cautious and avoided supplements for workouts as I haven’t known what I should avoid. Danny gave me an extensive rundown on what is safe and what I want to stay away from.
