"The service was great, the coffee was HOT and the black coffee has a small bitterness. My only change would be that the pastries, which the presentation in the window is lovely and organized. Peet would provide a sugar and calories card under the name of the pastry."
"Chai latte - I wanted extra hot. It's not even hot. When asked what's the issue - why it is not even hot? Answer - no apologies but our machines can only as hot as this. Sorry this was not even hot. That's why you will be Pete for ever - never become Starbucks. If you have substandard products and substandard service then better not charge like Starbucks"
"not even remotely close to the worst place ive been to in Sky Harbor (avoid the weird chinese places here at ALL costs) but its airport food so it tastes good and is pricey, but not nearly as bad as it can get here."
"My flight was 6am and thankfully they were open from 5am. (Actually, they even started little earlier than 5am.) There was a line 6-7 people in front of me but it went pretty smoothly against my expectations. If you have a early flight, this location is the place to get the coffee."
"Don’t stop here if you’re short on time!! Service was pretty slow and orders were backed up. Vanilla latte was made on the sweet side, so I do suggest getting a latte without flavor if you don’t like it too sweet. Of note, I could hardly taste the espresso inside the latte. I would find a different cafe/coffee next time"
