"I was going to give this place a 5 star review. I arrived with my mom, and the check-in guy was awesome. We got to our rooms and woke up on nice clean comfy beds. Breakfast was good. As far as hotel food goes . We wanted a late checkout and even put a do not disturb sign on the door, the cleaning lady went in anyways and put all my stuff in bags so when i came from breakfast i was expecting to take a shower get ready and leave but she was in cleaning the whole thing. She didn't speak a word of english, so i couldn't explain anything to her. I just grabbed my stuff and left. The front desk lady is an air head. We literally asked her if the shuttle for the 9am bus was here as my mom was leaving on an earlier flight, and she just stared at us. She was not friendly at all. She gave the impression that i was bugging her. A cold interaction like i felt bad for walking up to talk to her. Which is sad because the hotel was an overall good experience."

"Room was quiet and clean but the bed and pillows weren’t the best for me as far as comfort, service was great and the breakfast in the morning was adequate. We had a huge room with a separate living room space - way more space than we needed but it was fun to stay in."

"Great hotel! we signed up for the members thing and got an awesome discount. It was very clean, and nice and quiet even though it's next to a busy road. The parking lot is great, there's lots of room. Breakfast was awesome as well, there was a lot to choose from, definitely something for everybody. The bed was very comfortable and the showers came with really good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I'd definitley recommend this for staying in Tucson:)"

"Made reservations for a late night check-in and super early morning flight. Had to phone the hotel to ask about the shuttle and directions were perfect. Shuttle bus drivers were friendly and efficient. The hotel was impressivly clean and well organized. Waffel house is next door for a simple and cheap late night snack. This was really the best hotel experience I've had in many years- at any price."
