"If you are looking for a place with all the right amenities this is that complex. Staffing and front desk are the best. Candice is the agent that assisted me and she is THE BEST! She made sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. She was so awesome, that I completed the application right after touring the property."

"I have been leasing here for 2 months now and could not be happier with my experience thus far. Every apartment building has its quirks (and one should never expect otherwise), but the quality that stands out to me the most is how quick the staff is to accommodate, or provide a solution, even when the situation is out of their control. Issue with an elevator? elevator company is out the next day to have it back in working order so your daily life is without delay. Issue in your apartment? Terry will show up the next day with a smile and a bag of tools. Complaints, concerns, questions? Boredom??Margo, Amy, and Candice have a perfectly balanced system to ease your concerns about any curiosity within your mind and they are always willing to spark a conversation to make you feel right at home whenever you are perusing the amenities that Kenect has to offer. I cannot recommend this place enough. And for those with the urge to write a bad review, I want you to take a minute and think, “Is it really a problem with Kenect? or is it a problem within myself that I need to project outward in order to feel good about myself?”"

"I lived here for three years and the entire time was full of headaches by management. I have never lived in a more poorly run apartment complex in my life. In my final move out, I was promised a check with the remainder of my prorated rent and my pet deposit. I moved out December 14. It is February 1 and I have STILL not received my check. Every time I asked, they said there was xyz issue with it, they will send me the check in the next week, etc, but I have seen nothing. Why are you withholding my money from me? My phone number was also blocked by the Kenect Nashville office, presumably because they didn't want to hear me complain that my $1500 has been stolen. I am writing this review as a last ditch effort to get my freaking money returned before I seek legal advice."

"I just moved to downtown Phoenix all way from Hawaii, and I couldn't have had a better experience trying to find a home then with Margo. Margo got into contact with me immediately after reaching out to Kenect. Within hours, I was given a stupendous tour of this luxurious building with amazing amenities. She was honest the entire time and made me feel like it was a friend of mine showing me around. She truly deserves a raise in my opinion. If you ever are looking to live in the heart of downtown Phoenix, look at Kenect and get in contact with Margo. She truly is the heart and soul of the complex."
