"The covid rules they have in place are stricter than a doctors office with actual sick people. This is the only eye doctor my insurance covers, and after getting my appointment scheduled which is months out, they proceed to tell me it can only be the patient and the parent. Do they think single parents don't exist? I have 3 children. So then I'm like okay we will have to change the time of the appointment to a time when my other 2 are in school. Then the operator tells me since we are a new patient we can only do the mornings or this time. I'm like are you serious? No flexibility when they are the ones who have ridiculous rules in place. I would get it if I was bringing random people to the appointment but we literally live in the same household. I ended up having to schedule with another location that's almost an hour away. Even California wasn't this crazy with their covid rules."
