"UPDATE Fast forward 3 months later it saddens me that I have to change my review now to a 1 star. When I met with Rachel and Shalet they were helpful during pro bono day. Rachel mentioned that she would help me with my case and because of the nature of my case she would rework the contract since her retainer was for more time then I needed her. She said that it’s an open shut case so she would help if needed but didn’t think it would be necessary. I left thinking at least they are there just in case. I walked away that day as it made me feel good knowing she had my back. I emailed Kendra ( assistant) 4 times after being told she would draw up a contract for me. I have since went to mediation like Rachel told me to do and it was a nightmare so I pleaded with Kendra to get me the paperwork because we are going to trial now. I still to this day have not heard from anyone in that office. To be treated like this as if my case was not worth taking the time for when Billie is all over Til TOK saying her office helps with all matters is disappointing to say the least. I have given every waking hour to research my information on my own because I was left out here to fight for myself. Billie I hope you know that you have people working under you giving their word and not following through. The sad thing is one of your offices is 19 min from me but I had to drive an hour because you guys over booked at the Glendale location. I am tired and stressed and need help and your office could not be bothered to email me back. Disappointed I met Shalet and Rachel today for some grandparents visitation they answered all my questions and gave me great advice. I am looking forward to working with them if I need be. Amazing staff very knowledgeable."
