She Had Problems And Delays Getting My Application Processed, However Lissette Hung In There To Spite All She Had On Her Plate AlReady And Got Me In. Lissette Evens Picks Up My Rent When I Drive Up To The Office. Apartments Are Nice Clean, Quiet, Private And Friendly. No Roaches Or Other Insects. Great Maintenance, FAST. "Management is good. Price is too high to live next to neighbors who love to blast their music. If you're looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you. If you want to pay $1591.00 per month to live next to disrespectful neighbors this is the place for you. Management won't do anything. Seek peace not chaos. Sucks too Because maintenance is TOP NOTCH. I will be posting videos on my blog to prove the noise and harassment by my neighbor that no one can touch."
"This property is amazing. Management, leasing, maintenance and neighbors are nice. Seeing some nice upgrades/repairs. Not bad for the price. We've been here over a decade. I don't see us starting over anywhere else. We are comfortable with this property, management and our unit. Management communicates and handles any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Maintenance responds in a timely manner as well. Come check it out at parq on 50th."
