"Valle del Sol is all about making medical and addiction treatment available to the community on a sliding scale, if not free. If you need opioid treatment and are paying out-of-pocket due to having private insurance that is not willing to cover the cost of Methadone, there is a grant they offer so no one has to continue using it if you want help. Valle Del Sol has a location in Phoenix, on 1st St. as well. They also offer treatment for Hepatitis C that is covered by almost every insurance including ACCESS. Dr. Evans is awesome and all about harm reduction. The whole staff are really quite nice."

"I see Jessie at the 10th place clinic. She addressed all my needs and she listens to your concerns. I didn't have that at my last medical office. I'm treated with respect and the office staff are wonderful."

"This place does not deserve any stars. The hall had been continuously dropped on my kids who both have neurological issues and my son who is disabled. I can’t seem to get any help. The office can’t seem to communicate with any body. For months on end we have been struggling with getting meds for my kids. I am a full time single parent to both these guys their dads aren’t around and I have no help, it’s the worst feeling in the world to know you are doing everything in your power to get your kids what they need but the office keeps dropping the ball for getting them their meds and the support we need as a family. I don’t understand why this place can’t get it together. We just moved from another state and I am terrified to start over with another office for evaluations but I feel forced at this point to move care."

"HORRIBLE experience with them. The counselors cancel on you all the time. I just started with them and had 1..only ONE session in 4 months..the therapist cancels all the time. He gave me his number to reach out to him if needed and I text for valle del son's crisis number and he left the message on READ and never sent the info. Anything can happen to someone in such a vulnerable time if they are requesting a CRISIS number. Then 2 days later I get a generic email message asking to reschedule another appointment that was being canceled."

"I liked the staff because of how courteous they were. Yet, they made you wait hours over the phone, which I hated, and that’s why I moved to another clinic. I saw two doctors here and both were exceptional. As far as getting things done, I was needing a breast pump and had to remind them several times about it and took forever to get me one."
