"This is a zero star rating!!! ABSOLUTELY OUT OF POCKET!!! About 5mins ago I came in to rent the pick up truck I only needed it for a not even three hours, the dude behind the counter said he needed the truck before 5pm I told him I can get the truck back by 3 and he refused to rent it to me. And started to laugh and act unprofessional."
"Be careful with the GM at this location he will lie and say you damaged and will make you pay double the price. His name is Manny Garcia!! What a awful person he is."
"The staff was helpful and friendly. The truck we rented was in great shape. I recommend this location. They have all the stuff you need to move or haul."
"I can’t say anything bad about the employees or the unit itself. My only complaint is the guy that’s clearly living on site. He’s staying in the climate controlled area. He just gives us all weird vibes. The girls don’t like going without me. It shouldn’t be that way."
"The only complaint about this spot is that people tend to block the entrance for the 24/7 storage for clients. If corporate sees this, you guys need a system to charge extra for blocking the entrance. This happens very frequently and has been the only issues so far."
