"I don’t even have a year here and there’s so many red flags I should of paid attention to. Yes, they’re pretty-ish from outside and our just “remodeled” apartment seemed good when we first saw it. The all bills included is what got us. First problem, Upstairs neighbors can be heard so clearly, we hear their alarm in the morning, their arguments are so clear we know their tea at this point and even when they do it. In the summer, they had a zoo up there that would even knock frames down. We spoke to the office, nothing they can do. Point is, ceiling is super thin. This is frustrating when u work from home. No problem with any side of my neighbors. Now I guess they were bought by another company, which we were not notified by in any type of way, they just expect for us to figure out their new pay way. I have been trying to get maintenance to fix some issues I have for a while and still no answer. All these phone numbers are no good to contact them and they’re never in office either. Don’t get me started on the parking. Even though everyone is supposed to get a reserved parking, everyone parks wherever they like. The pool was out for almost all summer and even now the water is always hot. Upsetting and disappointing."
"I have lived at Twillingate for a year now and I've seen several managers come and go but the service I have received has always been awesome in regards to maintenance issues and finally a manager Yazmin who makes herself available for any questions or help. I would totally recommend any future tenants to live here. My apartment I have always felt safe and my guests always compliment the property and the inside of my unit as a really nice place to live and I couldn't agree more. :-)"
"I have a family member living there and that place has a lot of drug addicts there. They dont feel safe."
