"My wife and I recently traveled to Arizona for a wedding and decided to turn it into a mini vacation. At the recommendation of a friend, we booked at the Adeline Luxury Apartments which added so much to our trip. When we arrived, Sabrina in reception was genuinely kind, caring, accommodating and attentive to our needs while we settled in. Our 1 bedroom apartment had a full kitchen, with state of the art appliances, upscale furnishings and custom cabinetry. The amenities were spectacular with a huge gym and the newest equipment that could rival Equinox or Gold's. There was an indoor entertainment area, with pool tables, big screen TV's, couches and even glass soundproof cubicles to work in privately. Outside there was a gorgeous heated infinity pool and on the other side was large outdoor yard area, made into a park -like environment, with grass, benches, tables, fire pit and lounging chairs. I hope to return to Arizona sooner than later and when I do, I'll be staying at Adeline's hands down! If I could give it 6 stars from luxury, functionality, comfort and hospitality, I would."

"PB Bell is definitely the answer to so many of the issues this complex has been experiencing. The elevators are definitely faster, the smell has improved and they have solved so many issues that previous management left me stuck with and it has only been two weeks!!! I can't wait to see what is to come. The square footage for your money is well worth the move to this soon to be Spectacular complex!! Remember, it is your neighbor who creates these horrible situations, and fantastic management who corrects and maintains compliance with property rules, regulations and bylaws."

"The new management team has been incredible. Since they arrived the package room has been cleared out and you can access the lockers with no issues. The staff has been friendly and welcoming and really taken the time to listen to concerns about the elevators and trash rooms. I have confidence they will do a great job, I am looking forward to more improvements to make living at this building better than it already is."

"I would not recommend Adeline to my friends and family to live here. We have been living at Adeline since April, and from day one, there have been constant issues. The staff got our move-in date wrong and adamantly refused to let us move in on the agreed-upon day, despite us having arranged this date months in advance. Both the east and west elevators are never fully operational. They're either out of service or reserved for move-ins. When we brought this up with management, they brushed us off, claiming all the elevators were working fine. We reported one particularly shaky elevator to the front desk, and the response we got was, "We installed a new motor; it needs to be broken in." I can’t even make this up. Now, waiting for an elevator takes up to 10 minutes. Living in a high-rise, functioning elevators are crucial. Just a few weeks ago, my boyfriend was on the elevator at the 20th floor when it jolted, the speaker came on, and the doors wouldn't open. He was terrified. Our safety here is becoming a genuine concern. For nearly two months, during the hottest period in Phoenix, the pool was out of service. The hot tub remained empty and appeared extremely dirty for the same duration. We pay extra for valet trash, but our trash is rarely collected. Overflowing trash chutes result in a pervasive, unpleasant odor in the hallway. When we raised this issue, management simply denied it, once again brushing off our concerns. The lack of cleanliness here is disturbing; I often feel sick just walking down the hallway because of the stench. This is a bio hazard We gave up on the valet parking because our cars were consistently parked incorrectly. Once, I couldn't even locate my car since it wasn't in our designated spot. The parking garage lacks security, which became evident when our truck was broken into. We submitted a maintenance request regarding our non-functional trash disposal. Although we received an email stating the request had been completed, nobody showed up to fix it. On the day we moved in, our dishwasher wasn't working, and it took them three weeks to address the issue. If you're considering living here, I strongly advise against it. We're paying a premium for what's marketed as "luxury" living, but Adeline falls far short of that promise. Save yourself the money and stress."
