"The parking lot was torn up and very hard to get the building. Once inside 2 employees nether is any hurry to greet you or help you. The "owner or manager" was trying to avoid doing anything. When the clerk Mike began to assist me, he did not give any sense urgency to get my package on its way. Hopefully, I will use USPS or UPS for all packages in the future. Thanks for almost nothing."
"Shipment ordered through Amazon. Fed Ex could not find us at 4444 W Baseline but has a counter at 5115 W Baseline. What the ????? They showed it as undeliverable - location not found. They then refused to reroute to pickup at Walgreens. They are the WORST. Use UPS - they deliver and are right at Safeway shopping are."
"FedEx packages can be sent from customer service counter at Walgreen's. Super easy. Only drawback was that they don't have FedEx packaging so I had to buy an envelope from Walgreens. Overall super easy."
