Palm Beach Tan

"I’m new to do in the sunless spray tan at Palm Beach Tan, but I cannot understand why we are paying a substantial amount of money to have the best spray tan but then have to turn around and pay for the dark tanning spray. I understand the bronzer than the additives, but that’s part of the tan, I’m not sure that I’m going to up my membership. I’m honestly thinking about canceling at this point the medium doesn’t even show up on me and I’m not gonna pay 6.50 every time I go in there just to have a tan show up when I’m already paying the monthly price"

"I just wanted to leave a review, and say how much I love this place! I called looking for a place to tan, and I talked to Mrs. Kimberly on the phone, she told me all about the different beds, AND the prices. When I arrived there, she was so sweet, and always polite every time I see her! She also told me all about the different lotions, and I absolutely love the lotion I bought! Thank you so much Mrs. Kimberly!! You are so Awesome ☺️"

"Was just told by a customer that the manager is leaving. Why can't they keep managers? This store has changed not only managers, but employees numerous times in the last few years. If they make Hayley the new manager I am sure they will lose a lot of business. I wasn't going to leave a review since this happened a few months ago, but someone needs to know that this employee (Hayley) is horrible and doesn't care what the customers want. You can tell by the look on her face when she doesn't care to talk to you. Most of the other employees are friendly and helpful; however, Hayley isn't anything but super pushy and charges me for things I don't ask for. Tried to do a walk in spray tan and she was very demanding and didn't care what I wanted. I will never go back in this particular location!!"

"I drive from Columbus Georgia to this location. I have a Palm Beach Tan closer to my home but I love this one. The girls are absolutely amazing. Everyone’s very respectful and answer all your questions and never made me feel stupid for asking anything. It has been over 10 plus years since I last tanned so there was a lot of rules and regulations that have changed. They were absolutely amazing girls."

"i went to palm beach tan not to long ago and tori the manager helped me. she constantly pushed several different lotions after i said i wasn’t interested. anytime i visit she is the only associate that does this. this isn’t the only issue i’ve had here, after my tan i was walking to the front desk and heard tori yelling at a employee. she is very unprofessional and i will not visit again."
