"This location is the absolute worst ran pharmacy that has ever existed. The customer service is beyond bad. They constantly do not have the medication that I have been getting every month for 10 years. They constantly lie about the stock that they do have. Every single month, I am told that it will be ready the day I drop it off and it is never ready that day or the following day. I have to go there or call to get the useless excuses as to why. I have been hung up on numerous times just trying to get an update on my medication. I will now be taking my business directly across the street to their direct and far superior competitor CVS pharmacy."
"The absolute WORST and slowest pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. DO NOT fill prescriptions here. You will be stuck half a day trying to get it.. the employees have zero customer service and move at turtle pace."
"My daughters doctor sent over a prescription at 1030 in the morning. I called at 8pm to check on why i had not been notified it was ready. And I was told we were waiting to see tomorrow if it would come in on Friday. If I had not called I would have never known that it would be 3 days for her medicine to be in. It concerns me that this pharmacy does not notify a patient that they dont have a medication available. The Doctor could have sent it somewhere else."
