"Maintenance is great! The office is another story. They are NEVER there. Today I went there at 11 and they just opened up, and they are off the next 4 days. Tried to leave a voice-mail last night and it kept hanging up. Too bad new owners don't care what the office does"
"The apartment complex was a breath of fresh air after previous experiences with other companies. The apartments have ample storage space, the floor plan is open and flows well, and I can’t praise the staff enough for how amazing they are! If you have an issue maintenance is on it typically the same day, the office manager is friendly, professional, and great at her job! If you are considering if you should live here please do, this place is absolutely lovely and I would highly recommend it to everyone I meet."
"Emily Clark is a phenomenal property manager! The property is clean and looks very well cared for. Emily is approachable, fair and friendly. Perdido Isle is a fantastic place to live!"
"Beautiful community that is well maintained. Maintenance is prompt with any repairs. It is well managed. The only complaint would be regarding the pool. There is a “click” of older men that hang out at the pool drinking very heavily and getting very loud and rowdy with very vulgar language. When they are there and you go to the pool they are very stand offish as though they are offended that you have invaded their space. But that is literally the only complaint. Everything else is wonderful."
"Not kid friendly. No playground for the kids. Yes there is a pool, but people party next to it all day. People act as if it’s their pool and don’t like other people swimming. Management does nothing about it. The people are drinking, hogging the grills, being loud, and swearing. It’s a beautiful place but not a place to live if you have kids."
