"My family and I have been coming for years and cannot wait for our next trip. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. They go above and beyond in all they do. They are very gracious and good to us. We feel as though we are visiting, friends and look forward to our next visit there. Lenzie spent a lot of time helping us set up reservations for a future visit. She was very helpful and kind to us. She is amazing at her job and much appreciated !"

"This is my 1st review ever…! This hotel is beautiful! The beach is amAmazing! But if you are wanting to eat breakfast forget about it! And don’t even try to bring your pet!!! Luckily my dog is a service dog… but if not they will slap you with a $500.00 cleaning fee! I’ve NEVER BEEN TO A RESORT THAT DOES NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE… they make you go to the one restaurant that serves breakfast and sit to order? No To GO OPTION! NO FREE OPTION….? Just another way to make you spend $ 20.00 per person on your way out the door! Not worth the price of admission! Find a hotel that does not hate animals!"

"We really enjoyed our short stay here. It's a clean, well maintained property with solid amenities. The location is great and the free self parking was appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Our only negative comment was that we were disappointed to be able to hear the TV in our neighboring room. Luckily we always travel with an electronic sound machine for this exact reason, so it wasn't bothersome."

"We stayed at Perdido Beach Resort for 7 nights during late January - early February, 2024. Overall, we enjoyed all aspects of the resort very much. However, during our stay a family emergency arose with some relatives who were traveling nearby and needed to join us at Perdido Beach Resort on short notice. Over a couple of days, the Perdido Beach Resort staff was very helpful accommodating them and assisting us with special arrangements that were needed. Especially Melody in the 8th Floor club room and Maria at the front desk who helped us as if we were their own family. Thank you ! Chris and Rita Brandt"

It’s definitely kid friendly, but also a great place for us to get away alone. The room is beautiful, food is great, drinks are lovely, and the people are always so friendly."
