Publix Pharmacy at Montclair Place

"I've been going to publix for years , across this state and the south and this publix pharmacy has the absolute worse customer. I only had a few questions about my prescription in regards to my manufacturer coupon vs pricing, since the price they gave was higher then it was in the past, since the last refill 30 days ago. Instead I got an incredible rude pharmacy who made comment as if i had made some refusal to not pay. Truly disgusted by my interaction and now I'm told I can't pick it up after another location and now I'm being forced to interact with these people"

"The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and courteous, and the drive-through has been helpful during the last several months. With their reasonably priced prescription drugs and convenience, I'm now using Publix pharmacy for the majority of my prescription needs."

"After reading all the bad reviews I decided to give a call anyways. I mean Publix is a good store. .right? Woman on phone was rude and very short with me, placed me on hold three different times, then finally she just told me they couldn't make my order, I know she dint check cause each time I got off hold she answered as if it was a new incoming call, I guess she forgot I was still there. I was looking to switch over and they would have gained business from me. NOT ANYMORE. She didn't care about what I was looking for. And she came back and lied about that. ."

"I have used their pharmacy for years, but have been very disappointed in their service lately. It has gone completely downhill. I have had a problem with one of my prescriptions getting refilled, and they no offer apologies for it. My RX number has been screwed up for the past year and I cannot get it fixed so that I can order on the phone or on their mobile app. I have requested multiple times for auto-refill and nothing happens. When I call in, I get very rude comments. I hate to leave bad reviews for my favorite neighborhood Publix, but SOMETHING has got to change. They are going downhill, and I will be taking my pharmacy business elsewhere!"

"The food is SO FRESH!! The produce is fresh and delicious, I ordered a Chef Salad I was going to eat half of the salad. The salad was so fresh and so good. I ate the whole thing. I bought red grapes, they were on sale they were so fresh like they were picked off the vine. If you want really fresh food and their deli smells so good. I am on a budget so I couldn't buy anything out of the deli. The potato salad was excellent also, the homemade one is so good. I suggest you go to this store.The cashiers are very nice."
