"Needed access to laundry room and Yasmine assigned the room right across the hall. Overall pleasant experience."
"Very dirty and NO they don’t have a pool. The lady at the gas station next door told us that the pool hasn’t worked in years and warned us of the bed bugs, so we went down the road to the holiday inn express."
"Nasty! Bedbugs and roaches everywhere!!! The pool hasn’t worked in years and has become a nasty green mess for mosquitoes to breed. Do not bring your family here!"
"They charge $25 if you lose your key!! Mattress makes a loud sound when you roll over in bed, it sounds like a dumpster lid slamming down. Air conditioning is loud and room goes between freezing and hot all night. After showering, I had to wipe the dirt from my feet before putting my socks on. It seemed like there was dirt on the carpet. Breakfast was extremely limited, I had to go out for breakfast every morning. Pool was closed. Door made huge screeching sound when you open and close it. Fire sprinkler was fully covered by tape! I guess when they painted, they forgot to unmask the sprinkler when done. That could be a fire code violation."
"My son and his family are visiting from Out of state. They wanted a hotel with a pool for their children. We called Days inn they had a pool so they decide to stay there. Got checked in found out the pool did not work and they also found roaches in the room. The sheets were dirty so they went to a different hotel I expected better with Days inn we have stayed. At several during several of our trips. I think this place in Phenix. City better start doing a better job NOW They booked the room for three nights they were give two of the days back. But they stayed in the room for maybe an hour tried to the money back for that day but the person at the desk was rude and refused to return their money. That is very very poor customer service. So you may want to stay away from all days inns. They have still NEVER heard anything from this place."
