“Well I have been a customer of AEJ for more than 30 years, and this is my first time review for them. I've got on with staff, by the way I've seen them come, I've seen them go. I've NEVER had a problem, they have never been rude to me what so ever. Why other reviewers state that they are rude has got me. I trust AEJ and one example was today 4/11/22 I'm not going to say what my order was but it was very, very substantial! I made a request (if possible) and yes I got the phone call to say my order was at the shop awaiting pickup if I want it.. Fantastic thanks Jane for the phone call. It's very much appreciated indeed. “The experience in the Adelaide branch was good and the staff very helpful, however at Glenelg it was very different. The Glenelg sales assistant (who I also dealt with at the Adelaide branch) was first class. Very understanding of my needs, had a beautiful manner and attitude. What I found disappointing was a more ‘senior shop assistant’ or manager just kept staring at myself and husband throughout our almost $11,000 transaction. It made us feel as though either the lady serving me or my husband and I could not be trusted - it felt very uncomfortable.”
