“My experience with this store was leaps and bounds above my experience at another store. After explaining my problems, I was handed over to Sarah-Anne Martin who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about multifocal glasses. She spent the time needed to explain properly how the vision should be and listened to my concerns. She was able to adjust how the glasses fit to improve my vision. However, despite adjusting my glasses to improve my vision, I still had some concerns. She was quickly able to identify the glasses were made with a cut that was not suitable for me. After having the glasses remade with a different lenses I can now use multifocal glasses. Thankyou for all the help and support and being able to fix my problems I was having!”

Bought all bathroom tiles from the bathroom, an although our tiler was more than skeptical when he learned that we bought our tiles from Bunnings, he changed his mind during the laying process. Bunnings staff were incredible and had a team help load the tiles on the trailer. Thank you to all the staff. I think it was Zac who actually coordinated everyone and spoke highly of his colleagues! The young lady with the beautiful smiled served me and gave me the rundown of how it worked at the kiosk. I had it all completed in under 10 minutes. Second time, ring was for me, young staff on duty, rushed no warrantee or instructions given. Just sold ring! No tissue paper in bag, no care given just dropped box in bag!”

“Visited store on Saturday - 11.03.2023 5 star for everything - went there to return faulty pump. I was told at the entrance and at the service desk that they will not be able to assist as I had no receipt. Store manager/ manager on duty said the same. I requested if I could speak with her directly as the purchase was done cash so I was not able to recall when I purchased this pump. After listening to me manager explained the policy but then decided to go an extra mile and searched all transactions for that item. Luckily she found one and assisted me to get a replacement. My son was really happy and so was I. I just wanted to say big thanks for an exceptional customer service. I understand the store policy and also understand that this may not occur all the time. But really happy with her efforts and obviously with the outcome. Keep up the good work. Thanks again”
