“The experience in the Adelaide branch was good and the staff very helpful, however at Glenelg it was very different. The Glenelg sales assistant (who I also dealt with at the Adelaide branch) was first class. Very understanding of my needs, had a beautiful manner and attitude. What I found disappointing was a more ‘senior shop assistant’ or manager just kept staring at myself and husband throughout our almost $11,000 transaction. It made us feel as though either the lady serving me or my husband and I could not be trusted - it felt very uncomfortable.”

“Andrea, Denis and the team were amazing to deal with. Residing in the USA made trying to hire suits for our wedding not so easy. But they worked with my sister to do a video linkup so that we could talk to the staff and view the different suit options. The staff were very responsive to emails and responded very quickly. They were able to use suit fitting sizes from three different countries to get all the suits together and with the wedding party arriving in the country at different times right before the wedding, they were able to get the suit fittings and alterations done in time and the results looked fantastic. They made the whole experience very relaxed and easy, and very little stress. I cant thank them enough for how they made myself, my groomsmen, my Paige boys, and my wife's brothers all look on the day. I cant recommend them enough.”
