"The staff at this hotel are amazing. The young blonde lady who checked us in last night (whose name I was too sleepy to remember) went above and beyond to get us settled into our room with a baby. The room was brand new, very comfortable bedding and pillows. Unlike so many hotels that have the weird pillows that squish to nothing these were normal fluffy pillows on the bed that wasn’t hard as a brick. We slept very well. This morning the ladies in the dining area offered exceptional care for us and accommodated our visit with an 11 month old like we were red carpet guests. Thank you all!"
"This hotel open this very weekend and it was the very first guest in the hotel. So everything was pristine clean. Service was really good and the breakfast was phenomenal. Real plates and do make a difference versus using plastic ware."

"Andre at the front desk was great! Checked me in and made sure my entire work group who was also staying was happy! Kudos Andre! Rooms are great and clean but who designed those shower doors!?"
"The location is excellent, within walking distance of nice restaurants and shopping. It‘s also an easy drive to go up and watch the Cincinnati tennis open. The hotel is brand new; it opened earlier in August 2024.. But it‘s not ready for prime time yet. The TV service does not work anywhere in the hotel. Nor does the enhanced internet services for elite Marriott members. Our room has no TP holder, no alarm clock, no safe and no Privacy Please sign. Also, the light on the right side of the bed does not work. So they have lots of work to do to bring this hotel up to Marriott standards."
