"This is truly an unusually wonderful apartment complex to live in! It is beautiful, well maintained, and has fun activities like Trivia Night and cookouts -- with gift cards as prizes! They are attentive to details -- like keeping the pool sparkling clean--and everyone in the Front Office is helpful and just plain nice to work with! I can't say enough about the Maintenance Staff, particularly Ryan, who goes far above and beyond the basics, and who is always prompt, cheerful, and does a great job. I've lived here for 6 months, and look forward to many more!"

"I just recently moved here and let me tell you it’s been a great experience! Everyone is friendly and the staff always is so polite and cheerful when I see them. The apartment is roomy and I’ve got a beautiful pond view with a family of ducks swimming around! The apartment complex is lively with activity but the apartment itself is very quiet. Free coffee in clubhouse, gym, pool…what more could you ask for? I give Overland Apartments a two thumbs up!"
