"I was contacted on Sunday regarding the sweepstakes I had submitted. I was told I would get a text message with more details but I never received any more info. I tried calling both phone numbers listed for them but they both have a recording saying all representatives are either on the phone or its after hours and to leave a message.i have left a message on Monday and still have not heard back from anyone and its been 48 hours.I tried calling different times of the day and same message. Sounding like a scam to me when no one answers the phone or calls back."
"Office staff with the exception one lady is rude as hell. We've been camping there for 2 seasons and last season asked to be put on the list for seasonal spot and We've been asking since this May 2023, about where we're are on the list and the same song and dance of "ill have to get back with you, we have to go through the list". You mean to tell me that since January 2023 you've haven't done your due diligence and updated the list. We have service dogs and on July 4th wkend another camper had 5 dogs in a outside pen, but failed to put their pets on a leash and bit my dog and we had to show our certifications on them only because he his an American bully.Other than the office personnel everyone else is really nice,nice facility would suggest to update game room and shower house..."
"Nice place! I think it would be better if it had a nice dog park and some benches to sit on! Maybe garbage cans and poop bags dispenser for dogs? Out door pool would be nice! Think activities and check ins should be available everyday! Easier check in would be nice! Hard to get somebody on the phone!"
"My wife reserved a full hookup but we didn’t realize that the showers are a good walk away. The RV park only has one shower facility and it’s by the front office. This park needs more shower facilities throughout the park. Other than that, we had great neighbors which made the Memorial Day weekend a blessing. Wife and I enjoyed a restful weekend. Other than walking our labs and making a few great meals, we did nothing! They had activities planned for all, but all I wanted to do was relax and do nothing! Our teenage daughter and her friend made new friends and enjoyed the indoor unground pool several times during the stay as well as the paddle boats."
