"I have had multiple purchases at A.B. Bonded and the interactions have been great, they have also helped me repair some antique locks. I really appreciate what they do in the Norwood community, and it's been helpful to have them nearby. Recently I had to get a couple of car keys copied. I called ahead to get a quote, and they gave me a price that is slightly lower than other places. But when I went into the shop to copy the keys, the price they charged me was significantly higher than the ones they quoted me on the phone. They ended up giving me a discount that is close to the price they quoted on the phone, which we are grateful for. If the story had ended there, I would have given them 5 stars. However, in the process of copying the keys, I was not aware (and they neglected to tell me) that I needed to bring all of my car keys in to make the copy, so now one of my keys won't work, and they refuse to rectify that unless I pay for it. Since I have never made copies of car keys before, I was not aware of that very important detail, and I was relying on their expertise to provide me with all the information, but owner Russell simply said that was my own mistake. I believe that is an oversight on their part for neglecting to give the customer a very key piece of information (pun intended), and now I have another problem on my hand."
