"I initially had a positive experience with them, but unfortunately, my recent interactions have been extremely disappointing. After calling them a month ago for a quote, I’ve faced nothing but excuses and unprofessionalism. Despite being rushed during the initial assessment by Bob and following up multiple times—including having my boyfriend call on my behalf—I still haven't received the quote. They consistently promise to send it but fail to follow through. They also do not answer calls or return messages in a professional manner. While I understand they might be busy, it’s unacceptable to keep delaying and making excuses. If you’re not interested in taking on the job, simply say so."
