"I called in Trusty Emergency Locksmith to replace locks on my new home. They installed three locks on 5/17/24. One installed deadbolt lock on my front door jammed and made it difficult to shut the door because the hardware grinded together. They also did not install a deadbolt latch on the interior of the home. There was only another keyhole. Door shavings from installing the deadbolt lock were left on the floor. The deadbolt lock they installed on my garage door did not meet / go inside the doorframe, so it was incapable of locking the door. One normal lock they installed works fine. These services cost $669.50. This appears to me to be an exorbitant rate particularly given the end product. After calling the company to bring these issues to their attention, they offered to send someone out to fix it or to only send 20% of my money back. Extremely frustrated with their service and not wanting them to return to my property, I asked for 20% back even though I also believe this is an unacceptable resolution. Overall, a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience."
