"AWESOME. I was very impressed with everyone. From the receptionist , Dr Wardell, to the wonderful vet technician. Took my cat Eva, not knowing what was wrong with her. Made an appointment. They took me at my appointed time. The cat room was an adventure for my cat. They explained treatment plan and prices up front. Kind, friendly and their main concern is your pet. Highly recommend them."

"Holy cow!! I am so pleased with the kind, professional, friendly service. Dr. Wardell is AMAZING! She's so knowledgeable and friendly. She really cares about your furry family members. The staff members are great. I brought a bit of chaos for my visit - a dog, cat and two kids 10 and 7. Quite the zoo. No one was flustered. The girls loved the snack cart and the dog and cat enjoyed the pup cups. And, the prices are reasonable. You must try this vet out. She ROCKS!!!"

"I couldn’t be happier with the care that was provided for my dog. My 2 year old Rottweiler has never liked a leash or anyone (myself included) touching his collar. Dr Wardell and her team were absolutely amazing. From getting me in quickly to his treatment and a continued care plan and the overall experience was the absolute best. Their communication via text was helpful because I was at work and was busy. Their check in system upon arrival made myself and Jeter feel so comfortable. The provided suite made me forget I was at the vet. Erica and Dr.Wardell were beyond amazing! Jeter was given great care with everything explained to me thoroughly. I’ve been worried for months trying to find a new vet and the entire staff made this an absolute breeze. I wish I would have found them sooner. "We had to take our beloved kitty in for emergency services. We couldn't dream to afford the emergency room vet bill. Our home location in anderson helped connect us to Colerain who tried to help our boy. Unfortunately the internal damage was too much for our kitty to sustain and we had to say goodbye. They handled it professionally and with love and made sure we felt no guilt taking care of our pet’s needs. Though I’d give anything to have my cat still these professional knew how to help us and our boy in this process."

"If I could give this place more stars I would, my cat Noodles potentially had a pyometra as she is older and not fixed, which is life threatening. No other vet could get me in but they understood the seriousness and got her in within the hour, luckily she did not have one but we were put at ease by the tests they did to make sure. The office is amazing, comfortable for the pets and their owners. The staff was equally as amazing and kind, you can tell they truly care about the animals that come in. A week later I got Noodles fixed here, they did an amazing job caring for her and even gave her a "certificate of bravery" and a cute letter for take home in Noodle's perspective with care instructions. They were also very attentive after the surgery when I was nervous about what my cat could and couldn't do. This may be a new location but there staff is well qualified, and ready for anything."
