"Called about a doorknob starting to jam and becoming difficult to open. Asked TWO dispatchers if replacing / repairing the doorknob was something they could do, but they assured me it would be no problem. Before the technician arrived I explained in detail what was happening to him as well. He showed up, took one look at it, and told me "I don't do anything for doorknobs." He offered to sell me a lock combo I didn't need for $200 (without replacing the doorknob) and when I said no, that's not what I needed, he told me he still needed to charge me $30 for coming out (not disclosed to me beforehand at all). I refused to pay since no service was rendered, and since then this company has harassed me repeatedly, leaving me several voicemails demanding payment despite doing nothing. Do not use! Completely unprofessional!"
