Eric consistently checked with our needs through our the process including the beginning stages when window shopping. When viewing houses, Eric is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help guide us as to what are things to look for as well as things we could do to improve the home if we went through with it. He was extremely personable and was a joy to have in our first home buying process. He was always quick to respond and was amazing with communication. He advocated for us to make sure our needs and wants were met. All the way through closing and even after!
