"I was paying 875.00 a month for a privately owned condo. I had made several maintenance request that were not resolved. I sent and email out to the property manager. A lady name Lisa came to my unit. She pretending like she was going to make sure this was handled. Rather than fixing the issues such as field mouse having access to the unit on the 3rd floor. I get a notice that my lease is up and will not be renewed. never been late on rent never had any issues. just wanted the issue resolved. I was month to month since July 2019. Terrible and so unprofessional."

"Mandy Hall is very unprofessional dresses in wife breeders with inappropriate language and Daisy Duke shorts and gym shoes in the office place. She really wasn't at work. she was at home. they had to call her in and text her.lol Racist and discriminatory to foreigners. Rude and disrespectful and doesn't know how to handle business appropriately I don't see how she's with this company. Does not know legal jargon for property management does not have human ethics about handling business. I personally witness her lie about the property management of this company .me and one of the tenants left the office she continued to harass the tenants in text and email the entire day trying to correct her mistake. The tenant has seek legal counsel and will be suing this company. The company's letterhead has incorrect address on it when you are forwarded to the new address it appears to be a vacant building the companies LLC is l a m e a properties LLC. so many negative loopholes with dealing with Mandy Hall -remax property manager on June 17th 2019 a Monday the tenant was given notice on text that she needs to supply a copy of her house key because the company does not have a copy of her house key.Mandy said they don't have keys to anyone in that complex but they only asking her to give them a copy of her key. The tenant was locked out and had to pay a locksmith $85 to get into her unit .shew locked out of with no response from management from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. The property maintenance man called someone to open tenant door and change tenant$85 after waiting from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. with no response from the property owner, management, or emergency staff. Mandy Hall does not feel like the company should reimburse the tenant but now Mandy is requesting that the tenant supply them with a key to the unit in 7 days or they will change and remove the locks and charge the tenant. I feel bad for the foreign tenant who has become an American citizen to experience this type of citizenship from re/max properties. The tenant is moving and gave 30 day notice. Mandy said ReMax doesn't prorate rent. The tenant was told she is required to schedule walk through after moving out. The tenant moved on July 20,2019. Walk thru was scheduled on July 22,2019 @1pm. Lisa from ReMax showed up @1:30 pm. I inquired about prorated rent refunded with deposit.Lisa wouldn't answer. Trying to find anything to say. Oven not able to clean. Pre-existing dirt stains interior oven and glass. Lisa spoke smart mouth to tenant. Won't talk to me about anything. The tenant moved out with not problems in unit. Very clean. No owing any fees The company mailed her this picture of tenants refund. Tenant has to take them to court. The company falsely charged tenant. Thankful the tenants has pictures of unit and her lawyer came into unit an took pictures before Lisa. People always back yourself up. These companies will dog you if you don't back yourself up."

"Edit #3: If you do manage to get ahold of these people, be prepared to be treated in a very hostile manner! Edit #2: Even though a certified letter was sent giving OVER A MONTHS notice and was signed for, they will deny this and still demand payment of rent while threatening eviction. Please do not rent from these people, absolutely terrible people. They do not care about ruining a persons rental history when they do not deserve it. Edit: To anyone who rents from this company and plans on moving, expect an eviction notice despite giving pleantly of warning over phone calls and through certified mail! Worst rental company I've ever dealt with in my life. Here is a list of some of the reasons as to why: 1. You can never get ahold of anyone. Ever. You make a phone call, during their open times and they never answer. 2. Maintence is awful. Takes days to get a response and then days for someone to actually come over and fix anything. I went with a broken lock on my front door for days. 3. My upstairs neighbors plumbing backs up into my shower and kitchen sink constantly . 4. A literal crazy person lives in one of the units who throws trash at my door for no reason and they have not answered any complaints or done anything. 5. Promised washer and dryer and has them in the basement but not hooked up; therefore, unusable. Overall terrible company. Moving ASAP so I no longer have to deal with their neglect and awful tenates."

"Honestly the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. If you have a maintenance issue don't expect it to get fixed any sooner than 2 weeks and 20 constant calls later. They don't care about the tenants or their issues with their poorly maintained properties at all. They only care about getting you into the door and signing a lease. Do NOT move in anywhere with these jabronis at the helm."

"Maintenance staff and response is among the worst I've ever dealt with. Left old water heater in my basement for at least 2 years. Refrigerator broke and they sent a drunk man to replace it. Guy literally drank beer in my house. Refrigerator did not have vegetable crisper and was clearly used and in need of repair. The refrigerator handle was literally duct taped into the door with a promise to come back and repair at a later date. Two years and several calls later my refrigerator remains without a handle. This despite the fact that several crew members have been out since the issue was initially reported. A glass panel on our front door was broken recently and they simply put tape over it (my tape might I add) with a promise to come back with a New panel that they had to order in two weeks. Well, two months later they finally came back. Only it was not to fix the window, but to tape a notice to my door that they were increasing the rent! The increase was modest and fair but the company comes off like slumlords when raising prices while neglecting the property and my numerous maintenance requests. I hope you guys keep the same laissez faire attitude when it comes to giving me back my deposit because I am not responsible for maintenance of YOUR property and I have definitely kept you abreast of the issues. I wonder if I need to reach out to the old man Armstrong and how he would feel about the service that he is paying you guys for. I thought it would be better when a corporation took over the management but I'm pretty sure it was better when the old man was doing it himself."
