It is all a family affair… PPI is theirs as well… the company buying and remodeling multiple houses in the area, unfortunately…They are not hiring professionals to get the job done right the first time, many corners will be cut to save them the most money. They promised us a repaired and working AC, kept sending out the same two drunks that had NO CLUE what they were doing!! It took us over a month of begging for our AC to be fixed (in 80+ degree weather by the way), then we started looking into a lawyer and it wasn’t until then that they FINALLY sent out a professional to get the job done right… and you know it’s bad when the pros come in and tell you “I’ve never seen anything like this” and “I can’t believe they did this to you guys”."
