"I am writing a retraction to the review I did on Best Western in Harrison Ohio a couple weeks ago. The general manager got a hold of me and took care of all my complaints. She was amazing. Just to let everyone know she took care of everything and she is on top of it the best general manager of ever seen or talked to. I'm even going back next weekend to give it another try. But I'm sure everything will be great."
"Upon arriving to the room, we noticed how dusty the room was and floor not been swept. The curtain to close the window was broke. Later that evening we found a pair of socks by the bed by the chair. Woke up early and a cockroach crawled out of the bathroom! All that was said to us was "so sorry". The lady doing the breakfast was very kind and helpful. Will not stay at this hotel again. The trip was to Perfect North slopes."
"Leaving this review to hopefully save someone else as well. Booked a room on 12/14 for my daughter & I. The Clerk had to call the maid to see if my room was ready, then he had to go in the room itself to check. Between all the weird little things the staff did, things that was happening on hotel property that I havent listed, and being followed through a store by a guy talking on the phone in a foreign language and on the walk back to the hotel. We felt unsafe to stay there so we called my husband to come get us and we left. Id rather be out my hotel money then be dead. Could be paranoid but I dont think so. Be VIGILANT if youre a female staying by yourself!!! My 14 year old was Terrified without me saying anything, we will never return to this particular hotel again."
"Great service from the staff, but incredibly overpriced hotel for what they offer. No vending machines, only a cooler at the front desk, if that's your thing. Very, very limited breakfast bar, but sufficient. All adds up to a 2.5 to 3 star experience albeit at 4 star pricing."
