"Bunch of crybabies. They want to keep ripping people off, even though the Supreme Court ruled that they were ripping people off, took five minutes to find a better deal Don’t pay 6%. They think they can keep taking advantage but all the major players have already started lowering the rates"

My husband and I have worked with Jason Reynolds twice, and both times we were deeply grateful for his help, expertise, negotiation skills and wisdom about people and the real estate market. Our first experience was as home buyers, looking for a house closer to my aging mom and dad (in a neighborhood we really couldn't afford). Jason took the time to understand who we were and what we needed and hoped for. We were able to buy the perfect house for us ONLY because Jason helped with every step of the process. Jason reads people and situations carefully and helps his clients understand how to make a great deal which will meet everyone's needs. His depth of real estate experience and knowledge of typical older house issues was invaluable to us. Jason helped us understand how to use the inspection report and arranged reliable, quick follow-up contractor evaluations that were critical to our final offer. As a result, Jason was able to help us negotiate a deal we could afford and feel very good about- he accurately read how motivated the seller was and helped us be wise in crafting an offer that safeguarded our interests. Throughout the process, he kept us updated and responded to questions as soon as possible. In the end, it was clear to me that trusting in Jason's guidance was the best decision we could have made. Thanks to Jason's help we saved a substantial amount of money and, most importantly, knew when it was time to agree to what would be our best deal. After buying our new house, we had to do some work on our old house, determine a selling price, and get it on the market. Jason gave us sound advice about where best to spend our time and money to update the house for sale. He understood our limits and thought about things from our perspective. He was even able to suggest contractors who could do the needed work quickly and professionally. Jason was also invaluable in staging our house. His professional photographer's work made our listing look amazing and led to lots of views and immediate interest from buyers. He held an open house immediately upon listing the house, which led to a quick sale. As a part of our negotiation with the buyers, we agreed to replace the roof and make several other fixes. Jason was INVALUABLE in helping us find two key contractors who were able to do that last-minute work right and at a good price. Jason's professional reputation is well-earned. He is also a kind person with a good moral compass. Jason has a knack for helping both buyers and sellers feel good about the deals they strike- he knows how to create win-win situations that get deals closed and SOLD signs posted. It's worth noting that, while Jason does handle some of the most expensive real estate in the region, our house was very humble (which of course means less commission to be earned for a realtor). What a warm, secure feeling it was to realize that we were every bit as important to Jason as owners of an expensive home for sale-- he worked so hard for us, advocated for us at every turn, and was really concerned about achieving a good outcome for us. Our family trusted Jason, and we found that he truly deserved that trust. At the closing of both sales, I felt that the commission Jason received was not enough, given all he had done for us.
