"If I could leave "NO STARS" I would. He arrived late without calling. He told me I needed an entire new handle. He didn't give me a receipt. He installed it and a few days later, it fell off. I tried and tried to contact KeyMe and received NO responses. I had to call another locksmith, who looked at the handle and said it was actually fine. So, I was out $450 for new door handle, plus all the aggravation. Do not use this company."
