"Ed acted in a truly professional manner, the quality of the workmanship was top notch. We had the liner changed in preparation for next season. everything seems to be in order. Ed and his daughter did a good job. I recommend this company if you need a new liner"

"We contacted the owner who came out and measured for our liner. Very professional and obvious that he had been doing this a long time. This was in middle May of 2020. We picked out the liner and he was upfront that it would be about 6 weeks, which was fine. Covid had the manufacturers behind schedule. We gave him the deposit at that time. The liner did not arrive until early September, which was fine and not his fault at all. We totally understood the issues getting the liner. We were fine with everything. We asked about installing the next season, but we did have it done in September 2020. We closed the pool immediately after it was installed and did not even get in the pool after installation. We were assured that he would take care of any issues the next season. We called as soon as the pool was opened in late April 2021 to let him know that there were huge wrinkles and it was coming out at the top in several places. We were told that the wrinkles would work there way out and he would come look at the top of the liner where it was coming out. He never came out, we called several times with no response. So now, we have a liner with huge wrinkles that is coming out at the top and it is past his one season warranty. I will fix the liner myself where it is coming out at the top with liner lock and just live with the wrinkles. Commenting on your reply, you did not come out and put the liner back in the track. I did NOT call another company as I have only dealt with you as this was our first liner replacement since the pool was installed new by Knickerbocker. I knew that the liner wrinkles would not work their way out, but that was what I was told by you. If ground water was really the reason for the wrinkles, then please explain how my 13 season liner had no wrinkles. Lastly, I wanted to say that you guys did a really good job for the most part, but the lack of communication after the liner was installed to address the issues is something that could definitely be improved upon. But hey, this is your business and you are going to run it the way that you want to and you have been around a long time. Good luck moving forward."

"DO NOT USE LINER SPECIALISTS for your pool liner. Use a pool company that has been in business for a good length of time. The quality of the work was terrible and the liner had flaws (2) at the initial install of the liner. They don't care - they want to put the liner in and then force you as a consumer to deal with the liner manufacturer. I would say the company is a "fluff and buff"....they want to throw the liner in any way they can and get out before anything is discovered. I happen to be a hands on guy and watched the terrible install process and the defects on the liner. The crew is all contract. But don't worry his college age daughter and her boyfriend along with a high school girl will take care of your install. Hope that thought makes you comfortable. They DO NOT follow the manufacturers guide for installation. Once again, they don't care, they want to get it in and get off your property before problems surface or you identify issues. I asked to have my floor smoothed. The contractor who showed up to remove the liner only had two bags...couldn't do the whole floor. When his daughter and her boyfriend showed up to install liner the next day they threw down another bag. The floor is still in poor shape...large rocks sticking up, sides that look terrible. And the vermiculite should have had a day to dry but they will tell you its OK to do it this way because they have you by the balls...your old liner is out, no water, you are stuck. Bottom line the owner (Ed) is a big talker....but the install was terrible and the liner had flaws from the beginning. I would give them negative stars. They want to hit it and get out...terrible experience. now you know why they are not members of the Better Business Bureau. After you agree to buy the liner you will never see the owner again...in person!!"

"Ladies and Gentlemen, A deposit of $2k was paid in March 2020 with a tentative install date of May 2020. After the date passed, several attempts were made via email and cell to inquire about my order. In Aug/Sep? 2020, I finally spoke with the company owner, who explained that my pool dimensions were on the computer of a coworker who passed away unexpectedly. He offered to either reimburse my deposit or come out, remeasure, and reorder the liner for April 2021. It is now June 2021 and there is still no new liner. I have made several attempts to discuss this issue or receive a full refund, but there has been no return communication. I am a patient, understanding, gentle-man. However, I have three kiddos and this situation has become far from acceptable. I now prefer a full refund."

"Highly recommended. Unbeatable price, and unbeatable availability and customer service. We needed our pool liner replaced in the middle of summer when every other company we contacted either didn't respond due to it being the 'busy season' or was completely unaffordable. Thank you! Liner is beautiful two years after installation. Give them a call, you won't regret it."
