"Worst place to take your vehicle! Don’t do it! Take your money to an establishment that you can trust with your vehicle and gives you peace of mind. The lady that has been working there for 18years is unstable and very unprofessional. If you want her fallowing you out the store to pick a fight, if you want to pay hundreds of dollars for poor customer service, If you want to send your vehicle in to get a minor fix then turns into hundreds of dollars more, If you agree with management talking poorly to/and about their staff when they do all the labor then this is the dump for you. I’m sure a young man lost his job today because that woman that has worked there way too long couldn’t be nice to the people that pays her bills. Her boss/not owner stood by her side on all of these unacceptable issues Shameful! Go somewhere else! UPDATE!!! Furthermore after paying over 600 dollars to have our vehicle fixed it was not fixed properly! This joke of an establishment is looking to take peoples money not fixing your vehicle! We will settle this in court because these people are incompetent! Save yourself the headache."

"Took car in to have hood fixed. Was charged for half hour labor. Receipt said “adjusted hood latch and it shuts fine now.” The next day my neighbor needed his battery jumped. I popped hood, got his battery charged and closed the hood, and to my surprise it would no latch. I live two blocks away, so slowly drove back to shop and told them of problem. I was there at 7:31 and they open at 7:30. Worker at front desk told me they could get to it later in afternoon. I explained that I had to get to work and could not drive it and asked them if they could quickly get it to shut again. I asked why the latch was not replaced and what I was actually charged for and was told to “leave my keys and move my car because they have lots of other customers to help before me.” I was charged for a job that was not actually done"

"We were told our car was fixed after we brought them in for our car hood being broken. They told us it was fixed and when we popped the hood the next day it wouldn’t close again. When we took it to them to be fixed in an emergency to get to work, we were told we couldn’t be helped until later that afternoon even though clearly they had found a much quicker solution just the day before. I do not recommend, they did not provide the services they said they would."

"Nightmare experience Went to fix low battery charge and air-conditioning problems. When picking up the car after having paid the repair, I noticed that a red warning light on the dashboard was glaringly on. Went back to discuss with the manager. He flatly said that the light was on when they first moved the car into the workshop. He hooked up the car with an electronic device and told me there were a bunch of problems, including a malfunctioning electronic thermostat. Largely the car was not safe to drive. They charged me $42 for checking. Fixing the thermostat would be a $500 plus job. Took the car home. Fining out the battery was still not charging properly a few days later. Went back to ask them to re-fix the problem they should have fixed before. The manager was not there but they could charge the battery overnight. When I picked up the car, they handed me another bill for charging the battery. They were pretty mad after I refused to pay. Got into the car, the red warning light was off. Apparently, the red warning light was triggered during the repair – most likely when the battery became critically low. Went back again to ask them to fix the battery charge problem. They rudely refused. They told me that the battery charge problem was due to the other problems I had and they recommended to go to see a dealer. I let them know there were no other problems. The red warning light was due to low battery charge. The other problems were their misdiagnosis. Days later, the air-conditioner stopped working as well. All in all, I spent about $400 to have loads of headaches and none of the problems fixed."
