"Called and told they could be here in a week or week and a half called November 23 , agreed to wait and had no electric and electric heat. Called Monday Tuesday and Wednesday morning December 3 rd 4th and 5th , left number and asked for a return call please to see how soon, its very cold now and my little generator not keeping room very warm,finally get a call Wednesday at about 2pm starring they cannot do the job because to much work!! I pleaded with them and let them know I am 65 and have endured this believing they would cure my needs. Still no,and sorry, I explained I ran my service business for 40 years, but never did anything like this to anyone, and remaining sickly polite asked where they obtained this kind of business ethics, again, sorry was the reply. You have been warned of their business ways and how they feel about older people,I would have understood if called a week or more earlier to let me know,Very bad ethics by a company still in business, Could have been or may be your Mom or Dad OR Grandparents"
