Unfortunately the insurance adjusters were slow to respond and requested documentation that Chris had to get from suppliers which was a time consuming task. "123 Exteriors was able to replace my aluminum siding and gutters with new vinyl siding and new gutters, after damage from a hail storm. David from 123 Exteriors explained the entire process of submitting a homeowners insurance claim, helped document everything and get approval from insurance, and coordinated the siding / gutter install along with Austin from 123 Exteriors. The stress of working with insurance was removed when David was there to help. Once the insurance claim was approved, it was a relatively quick turnaround to get the siding and gutters replaced. 123 Exteriors was able to utilize good weather in January to quickly replace the siding. The quality of the install was fantastic, and the crew was professional and easy to work with. As with every large job a few minor hiccups occurred but 123 Exteriors was quick to respond to issues and made sure everything was perfect with no hassle. Excellent customer service. I would recommend 123 Exteriors to anyone looking at exterior home repairs."
