In fact there would be NO way to evaluate a house and blame one person or vendor for any work done. Work is performed by the standards of each individual conveyance firm. "Bought a house that was supposedly winterized by them; every single hot water pipe was busted... not to mention there was an option on the sticker they left on everything that used water to check yes or no if freeze damage..they checked no. Wouldn't recommend them for anything. They seem very untrustworthy, and obviously have many unqualified employees."
