"I would like to take a minute to thank the staff at Harrison Trail for taking such great care of my mom. From the day she got there, Oct. 2023 to the day she passed, Mar.2024. Special thanks to the activity group. They had my mom up and playing games, making crafts and taking field trips. Seeing my mom smile , laughing and being involved with the staff / residents reinsured me that we made the right decision for her stay at Harrison Trail. By the way , what a beautiful campus. Thanks you! Greg"

"Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place for employment. Very prejudicial. The staff all stood around and talked about one another very distasteful. Like high-school. My 2nd Mother went there for rehab because she is a Harrison resident and what we read all sounded perfect. Everyday our family went there she cried about her treatment. I personally witnessed her asking for water and hey meds and 2hrs passed as I continuously kept asking. Her nurse was Kristin. Things were so awful, we had her transported to a different facility. She then received care and compassion. Pls. Do not take your family to this facility. They aren't safe and won't be cared for properly. I had read reviews but somehow only saw a few great ones until it was too late. I'm have reported them and the specific nurse. I was told they have had other reports and are investigating."

"I have been a resident of Harrison Trail on 3 separate rehab assignments and can honestly say This place is The Best kept Secret on the West side of Cincinnati! Veronica goes above and beyond to make the patient feel wanted! The nurses and nurses aides are friendly, caring & patient to help you through your struggles! Activity staff has a wide range of things for you to do to prevent from boredom! Chloe, the Chef, makes the most delicious meals! If you are thinking of a place for your loved one whether it be for assisted living, short term rehab or any other reason this is your place! Finally I will say their therapy department is Second to none and will work with you to obtain your goals!!"

"The staff treated my mother like family. The nurses and aides were so gentle and kind. The therapists were motivating and loving. The administration was professional and caring.The building is beautiful and clean. The activity director has so much for the residents to do and experience. We are blessed to have this health campus in Harrison."
