"They have you put a card on file and say they will not charge it. Two weeks later they take the payment and say they emailed but I cannot find said email. Unfortunately I live paycheck to paycheck and they don’t care that it causes financial distress of their patients. They don’t even send a bill. Will not be returning."
"Absolutely awful experience. Sarah, NP at Harrison location is rude and disrespectful. She did not do any examination whatsoever when I took my son for a strep test. Did not listen to his chest or back, did not feel his lymph nodes, nothing. The assistant didn’t even take his temperature correctly. I had to ask them to do other tests and when I asked questions she glared at me like I was an idiot. Do not waste your time or money going to this place."
"A year ago, this place was better. Now, I recommend going somewhere else if you think you have Covid. My husband and I both tested positive there. The doctor he saw gave him medicine for it to help get over quickly. The doctor I saw would not give me anything and I have asthma. They should get on the same page."
