"Absolutely the worst hospital around. Wouldn’t take my dogs to it after this. My 18 month old was taken for a 104.7 fever and they had her wait for an hour. Then ran multiple tests with no solution. When we ended up calling her primary care with the blood results, the Dr was worried and requested us to go to Children’s. We called mercy for answers on some of the bloodwork results because she was finally sleeping good and they didn’t give any guidance. Told us to check with primary(tri health). Actually had the audacity to bring up billing before it went through insurance. I will never use Mercy again but for sure not this miserable place."

"Mercy Health West 24 hour ER was absolutely awful. I was seen by Dr. Nicole Soria and her nurse for the night, I didn't catch her name but she was equally as horrible as the doctor. I strictly went in for a problem with my Type 1 Diabetes. Nothing was addressed about my diabetes but everything was addressed about my addiction that I battled with in the past. I have been clean for 5 years and have not been to the ER or hospital once for any reason involving my addiction. They absolutely did not act like they cared at all about the serious problem here, my diabetes but were totally focused on my past addiction issues. I'm strictly posting this because this is the exact reason addicts are still addicts. The professionals that we are supposed to be able to look up to for help are not here to help. I've been in health care for 10 years myself and I can say this was one of the most dehumanizing situations I've ever had to deal with when trying to get help for Type 1 Diabetes. So sad. I usually don't do this type of thing but this was the most unprofessional hospital/health care service I've ever had to deal with."

"Last night I came to the ER to get stitches. The nurse Jeff saw me in pain and brought me back immediately. He was so nice and brought me a sticker and popsicle. Haha. best part is he even told me a dad joke. Lol but all seriousness he was very nice and helpful. So thank you so much for making it an easy fast process!"

"So I left the facility tonight after paying close to $1k. The nurse told me to get a ride however I did not want to leave my car there over night in there parking lot. I have seen all kinds of people come in there and I do not trust that my car would have been safe. So I parked my car over at Home Depot right across the street and that is also where I work and got a ride home. Nurse Neda then proceeds to call me ask me why I drove which I said it was only across the street where I work at Home Depot. I also informed her that I was home. She then when hanging up the phone called me a lair. I don't lie my ride was across the street and that was very unprofessional to call a patient a lair. Very rude I don't recommend ever going there."

"I’ve been coming here for over a decade and the care has always been great. Perry Wong is my PCP, he’s very professional, knows what he’s talking about and gets straight to the point which might offend some people. Lab techs are friendly and are pros at drawing blood. And lastly the ER is amazing took a friend there at 10pm for an abscess and they treated her like a queen and with care. Also when I was diagnosed with Covid my doctor was quick to prescribe Paxlovid due to me being a high risk patient. Overall very good place"
