"I recently visited a Kroger walk-in clinic, arriving as a walk-in patient at 9:00 AM on a Saturday. To my surprise and disappointment, I was informed by the staff at the registration desk that the earliest I could be seen was at 4:30 PM. This seven-hour wait seemed contradictory to the concept of a 'walk-in clinic,' where I expected prompt medical attention without the need for a prior appointment. The requirement to either make an appointment or endure such a lengthy wait time was quite disheartening and, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of a walk-in service. This experience at the clinic was far from satisfactory and I believe Kroger has the potential to offer a more efficient and customer-friendly service, especially in a walk-in clinic setting"

"I’ve never had a bad experience here. Kelsey and Danielle are always so genuinely caring that it warms my heart. They’ve both seen and taken care of my daughter like their own. Thank you guys for always being there."

"Kelsey the nurse practitioner is the worst of the worst. Rude, unpleasant, unprofessional and needs a position not the field dealing with human people I would not even let her treat my dog wanted"

"Turned my son away as a walk in. Stated we needed an appointment however their website and Walk In Registration sign in computer sitting next to the desk said otherwise. Both the Assistant and Nurse Practitioner were rude when I questioned appointments only. Stated "We take walk ins if we have room in between appointments" and booked solid. Ironically they were so nice and accommodating to the person with the appt. This was the ONE other person sitting in the waiting area at 7pm. Both staff members were rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with good care at this point. Do not go here of you need medical attention or want to be treated kindly. Kroger, is this how you want to be represented??"

"This clinic should be called could careless. We walked in and signed in at 4pm on 06/25. The nurse came out of a room 20 minutes later and asked if we had an appointment. We did not. She said they were booked until 4pm. I asked if we could wait in case they had a no show. She said even if I do I have paperwork to do. She just didn't want to see another patient."
