"I am just at 50 taking control of my health but it’s so hard for me to do as I tend to out others first. I saw Dr Matt and he appeared wonderful!! I explained to him how hard it was for me to go there and do what I needed to do. He looked me in the face and promised that they would take care of me. He took a culture on a Friday and promised a call “at the latest” Tuesday. I began feeling terrible after leaving but held on for Tuesday. Never got the call or the results. I begrudgingly called on Thursday so so sick and no one else to call and nicely explained that I think he had forgotten about me but I understood it could happen. She was so nasty- I cried on the phone. She told me he’d call me later that day- but nothing. I did not want to incur ER charges for a UTI. I called Friday and a nice woman answered but said she couldn’t find my test results anywhere. I explained how terrible I felt and needed antibiotics called in. She just said they couldn’t find my name anywhere. She questioned whether I misheard him. I was devastated and literally suffered!! I could not believe I trusted him so much. I still believed that he would get word and call me to apologize but it’s been 6-8 weeks and I have not heard a thing. And THEN I got a BILL for the test that I was suppose to have done but they supposedly never sent in. My name was spelled wrong which must have been why she couldn’t find me. But why was my pleas never heard, never looked into? I finally drank enough water and fasted to get through the infection alone. This incident has ruined so much for me because I have an ongoing condition that I cannot have treated now and my insurance would not approve another referral. I’m totally stuck. I can’t think about this situation without bawling. I was doing what was right for my health and wasted a day off work, a co pay and money to pay for a test I never got the results from- a total nightmare."

"Boyfriend was seen by physician for 10 minutes. Wonderful physician who explained things very very well. However, High deductible insurance so that was expensive for us. They proceeded to call to schedule a surgery multiple times that was never discussed and turns out a mistake. THEN, even after my large bill was paid, they sent it to collections and I had to call to fix that. The women on the phone was very nonchalant about the entire issue. It’s not her credit so I guess it doesn’t matter."
